ABOUT

MISSION AND HISTORY
AYRO Kind of World (AYRO) is a sister organization to the AYRO Kind of Women (AKW), a nonprofit organization, delivering social services in the DFW community. AKW and AYRO were formed by Rashonda Dorsey in 2016. The organization began delivering services as a girl's mentoring group at a neighboring high school campus in an independent school district. The mentoring group focused on social/emotional life skills, pro social behaviors, and improvement among relationships among self extending to the community. AKW then began working along side various independent companies and non-profits in the DFW area.
AYRO sees every challenge as an opportunity and an initiative to improve the citizens within the community/company. AYRO believes this initiative helps to ensure that participants and community partners are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves in.
AYRO is invested in an innovative approach that empowers individuals and the community while delivering the support they need.
